Cancellation Policy

1. Before the pavilion dispatches
Cancel from Track & Support while the order status is still "processing". Prepaid balances are refunded within 5–7 business days.
2. After dispatch
Once a courier label is generated, treat the matter under our Returns & Refund Policy instead of cancellation.
